Save Water

111 Ways To Conserve

Tip #1
There are a number of ways to save water, and they all start with you.
  • #2
When washing dishes by hand, don't let the water run while rinsing. Fill one sink with wash water and the other with rinse water.
  • #3
Some refrigerators, air conditioners and ice-makers are cooled with wasted flows of water. Consider upgrading with air-cooled appliances for significant water savings.
  • #4
Adjust sprinklers so only your lawn is watered and not the house, sidewalk, or street.
  • #5
Run your clothes washer and dishwasher only when they are full. You can save up to 1,000 gallons a month.
  • #6
Choose shrubs and groundcovers instead of turf for hard-to-water areas such as steep slopes and isolated strips.
  • #7
Install covers on pools and spas and check for leaks around your pumps.
  • #8
Use the garbage disposal sparingly. Compost vegetable food waste instead and save gallons every time.
  • #9
Plant in the fall when conditions are cooler and rainfall is more plentiful.
Tip #10
For cold drinks keep a pitcher of water in the refrigerator instead of running the tap. This way, every drop goes down you and not the drain.
  • #11
Monitor your water bill for unusually high use. Your bill and water meter are tools that can help you discover leaks.
  • #12
Water your lawn and garden in the morning or evening when temperatures are cooler to minimize evaporation.
  • #13
Wash your fruits and vegetables in a pan of water instead of running water from the tap.
  • #14
Spreading a layer of organic mulch around plants retains moisture and saves water, time and money.
  • #15
Use a broom instead of a hose to clean your driveway and sidewalk and save water every time.
  • #16
If your shower fills a one-gallon bucket in less than 20 seconds, replace the showerhead with a water-efficient model.
  • #17
Collect the water you use for rinsing fruits and vegetables, then reuse it to water houseplants.
  • #18
If water runs off your lawn easily, split your watering time into shorter periods to allow for better absorption.
  • #19
We're more likely to notice leaks indoors, but don't forget to check outdoor faucets, sprinklers and hoses for leaks.
  • #20
If you have an automatic refilling device, check your pool periodically for leaks.
  • #21
Check the root zone of your lawn or garden for moisture before watering using a spade or trowel. If it's still moist two inches under the soil surface, you still have enough water.
  • #22
When buying new appliances, consider those that offer cycle and load size adjustments. They're more water and energy efficient.
  • #23
Shorten your shower by a minute or two and you'll save up to 150 gallons per month.
  • #24
Upgrade older toilets with water efficient models.
  • #25
Adjust your lawn mower to a higher setting. A taller lawn shades roots and holds soil moisture better than if it is closely clipped.
  • #26
When cleaning out fish tanks, give the nutrient-rich water to your plants.
  • #27
Use sprinklers for large areas of grass. Water small patches by hand to avoid waste.
Tip #28
Put food coloring in your toilet tank. If it seeps into the toilet bowl without flushing, you have a leak. Fixing it can save up to 1,000 gallons a month.
  • #29
When running a bath, plug the tub before turning the water on, then adjust the temperature as the tub fills up.
  • #30
Walkways and patios provide space that doesn't ever need to be watered. These useful "rooms" can also add value to your property.
  • #31
Collect water from your roof to water your garden.
  • #32
Designate one glass for your drinking water each day or refill a water bottle. This will cut down on the number of glasses to wash.
  • #33
Rather than following a set watering schedule, check for soil moisture two to three inches below the surface before watering.
  • #34
Install a rain sensor on your irrigation controller so your system won't run when it's raining.
  • #35
Don't use running water to thaw food. Defrost food in the refrigerator for water efficiency and food safety.
Tip #36
Use drip irrigation for shrubs and trees to apply water directly to the roots where it's needed.
  • #37
Grab a wrench and fix that leaky faucet. It's simple, inexpensive, and you can save 140 gallons a week.
  • #38
Reduce the amount of lawn in your yard by planting shrubs and ground covers appropriate to your site and region.
  • #39
When doing laundry, match the water level to the size of the load.
  • #40
Teach your children to turn off faucets tightly after each use.
  • #41
Remember to check your sprinkler system valves periodically for leaks and keep the sprinkler heads in good shape.
Tip #42
Use a water-efficient showerhead. They're inexpensive, easy to install, and can save you up to 750 gallons a month.

  • #43
Soak pots and pans instead of letting the water run while you scrape them clean.
  • #44
Don't water your lawn on windy days when most of the water blows away or evaporates.
  • #45
Water your plants deeply but less frequently to encourage deep root growth and drought tolerance.
  • #46
Know where your master water shut-off valve is located. This could save water and prevent damage to your home.
  • #47
To decrease water from being wasted on sloping lawns, apply water for five minutes and then repeat two to three times.
  • #48
Group plants with the same watering needs together to avoid overwatering some while underwatering others.
  • #49
Use a layer of organic material on the surface of your planting beds to minimize weed growth that competes for water.
  • #50
Use a minimum amount of organic or slow release fertilizer to promote a healthy and drought tolerant landscape.
  • #51
Trickling or cascading fountains lose less water to evaporation than those spraying water into the air.
  • #52
Use a commercial car wash that recycles water.
  • #53
Avoid recreational water toys that require a constant flow of water.
  • #54
Turn off the water while brushing your teeth and save 25 gallons a month.
  • #55
Use a rain gauge, or empty tuna can, to track rainfall on your lawn. Then reduce your watering accordingly.
  • #56
Encourage your school system and local government to develop and promote water conservation among children and adults.
  • #57
Learn how to shut off your automatic watering system in case it malfunctions or you get an unexpected rain.
  • #58
Set a kitchen timer when watering your lawn or garden to remind you when to stop. A running hose can discharge up to 10 gallons a minute.
  • #59
If your toilet flapper doesn't close after flushing, replace it.
  • #60
Make sure there are water-saving aerators on all of your faucets.
Tip #61
Next time you add or replace a flower or shrub, choose a low water use plant for year-round landscape color and save up to 550 gallons each year.
  • #62
Install an instant water heater near your kitchen sink so you don't have to run the water while it heats up. This also reduces energy costs.
  • #63
Use a grease pencil to mark the water level of your pool at the skimmer. Check the mark 24 hours later to see if you have a leak.
  • #64
If your dishwasher is new, cut back on rinsing. Newer models clean more thoroughly than older ones.
  • #65
Use a trowel, shovel, or soil probe to examine soil moisture depth. If the top two to three inches of soil are dry it's time to water.
  • #66
If installing a lawn, select a turf mix or blend that matches your climate and site conditions.
  • #67
When you save water, you save money on your utility bills too. Saving water is easy for everyone to do.
  • #68
When the kids want to cool off, use the sprinkler in an area where your lawn needs it the most.
  • #69
Make sure your swimming pools, fountains, and ponds are equipped with recirculating pumps.
  • #70
    Bathe your young children together.
  • #71
Consult with your local nursery for information on plant selection and placement for optimum outdoor water savings.
  • #72
Winterize outdoor spigots when temperatures dip below freezing to prevent pipes from leaking or bursting.
  • #73
Insulate hot water pipes for more immediate hot water at the faucet and for energy savings.
  • #74
Wash your car on the lawn, and you'll water your lawn at the same time.
Tip #75
Drop your tissue in the trash instead of flushing it and save water every time.
  • #76
Direct water from rain gutters and HVAC systems toward water-loving plants in the landscape for automatic water savings.
  • #77
Make suggestions to your employer about ways to save water and money at work.
  • #78
Support projects that use reclaimed wastewater for irrigation and industrial uses.
  • #79
Use a hose nozzle or turn off the water while you wash your car. You'll save up to 100 gallons every time.
  • #80
Share water conservation tips with friends and neighbors.
  • #81
If your toilet was installed before 1992, reduce the amount of water used for each flush by inserting a displacement device in the tank.
  • #82
Setting cooling systems and water softeners for a minimum number of refills saves both water and chemicals, plus more on utility bills.
  • #83
Washing dark clothes in cold water saves both on water and energy while it helps your clothes to keep their colors.
  • #84
Leave lower branches on trees and shrubs and allow leaf litter to accumulate on the soil. This keeps the soil cooler and reduces evaporation.
  • #85
Report broken pipes, open hydrants and errant sprinklers to the property owner or your water provider.
  • #86
Let your lawn go dormant during the summer. Dormant grass only needs to be watered every three weeks or less if it rains.
  • #87
Plant with finished compost to add water-holding and nutrient-rich organic matter to the soil.
  • #88
Use sprinklers that deliver big drops of water close to the ground. Smaller water drops and mist often evaporate before they hit the ground.
  • #89
Listen for dripping faucets and running toilets. Fixing a leak can save 300 gallons a month or more.
  • #90
Water only when necessary. More plants die from over-watering than from under-watering.
  • #91
One more way to get eight glasses of water a day is to re-use the water left over from cooked or steamed foods to start a scrumptious and nutritious soup.
Tip #92
Adjust your watering schedule each month to match seasonal weather conditions and landscape requirements.
  • #93
Turn off the water while you wash your hair to save up to 150 gallons a month.
  • #94
Wash your pets outdoors in an area of your lawn that needs water.
  • #95
When shopping for a new clothes washer, compare resource savings among Energy Star models. Some of these can save up to 20 gallons per load, and energy too.
  • #96
Apply water only as fast as the soil can absorb it.
  • #97
Aerate your lawn at least once a year so water can reach the roots rather than run off the surface.
  • #98
When washing dishes by hand, fill the sink basin or a large container and rinse when all of the dishes have been soaped and scrubbed.
  • #99
Catch water in an empty tuna can to measure sprinkler output. One inch of water on one square foot of grass equals two-thirds of a gallon of water.
  • #100
Turn off the water while you shave and save up to 300 gallons a month.
  • #101
When you give your pet fresh water, don't throw the old water down the drain. Use it to water your trees or shrubs.
  • #102
If you accidentally drop ice cubes when filling your glass from the freezer, don't throw them in the sink. Drop them in a house plant instead.
  • #103
To save water and time, consider washing your face or brushing your teeth while in the shower.
  • #104
While staying in a hotel or even at home, consider reusing your towels.
  • #105
When backflushing your pool, consider using the water on your landscaping.
  • #106
For hanging baskets, planters and pots, place ice cubes under the moss or dirt to give your plants a cool drink of water and help eliminate water overflow.
  • #107
Throw trimmings and peelings from fruits and vegetables into your yard compost to prevent using the garbage disposal.
  • #108
When you have ice left in your cup from a take-out restaurant, don't throw it in the trash, dump it on a plant.
  • #109
Have your plumber re-route your gray water to trees and gardens rather than letting it run into the sewer line. Check with your city codes, and if it isn't allowed in your area, start a movement to get that changed.
  • #110
Keep a bucket in the shower to catch water as it warms up or runs. Use this water to flush toilets or water plants.
  • #111
When you are washing your hands, don't let the water run while you lather.

How can you convert MS-OFFICE to PDF file?

How can you easily convert Microsoft Word to PDF file format. Converting files from one format to others without any loss of quality, quantity and money is a very serious trouble since slice breads!

Convert Word to PDF

It was recently I wrote my first eBook and I wrote it in Microsoft Word 2007. Once I completed the book I tried to covert it from ‘.docx’ format to ‘.pdf’ since PDF is a portable file type. I spent hours to find a suitable add-in to convert it. There were lots of free software but they never converted my files to pdf retaining the hyperlinks in the book.
I didn’t want to buy a PDF converter for this purpose, so I just ignored the ones which weren’t free. Finally I got into Microsoft’s official page and downloaded their add-in. It did the job, perfectly!
So if you’re having problems with converting docx to pdf, just follow the simple steps below and convert you Microsoft Office files into high quality pdf files.

Download and Install Add-in

It’s too simple and is just like installing any other software. Just follow the steps below -
  1. Go to Microsoft’s official download page and download ‘Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS’ add-in from there.
  2. After downloading the file, double click to install it – just the way you install anything else.
  3. The job is done.

How to save the Word document to PDF format

After the installation, open the document you want to save as PDF. Now from the ‘Quick access toolbar’  at the top right corner select the customize option. Select the ‘More commands’ option and add ‘save as other formats’. Now you’ll see the ‘Save as’ button on the quick access toolbar and you can use it to save your file as PDF quickly and easily.
word to pdf
Or just use the keyboard shortcut F12 key to open the ‘Save As’ dialogue box and change the file format to PDF.
This is a very useful and free tool and it can convert other Microsoft Office 2007 files to pdf as well. Note that this add-in will not be listed under the ‘add-ins’  tab of the Word; you have to select ‘Save As’ option.

What is real meaning of LOVE?

What is love? It is one of the most difficult questions for the mankind. Centuries have passed by, relationships have bloomed and so has love. But no one can give the proper definition of love. To some Love is friendship set on fire for others Maybe love is like luck. You have to go all the way to find it. No matter how you define it or feel it, love is the eternal truth in the history of mankind.
Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none.
by William Shakespeare

Love is patient, love is kind. It has no envy, nor it boasts itself and it is never proud. It rejoices over the evil and is the truth seeker. Love protects; preserves and hopes for the positive aspect of life. Always stand steadfast in love, not fall into it. It is like the dream of your matter of affection coming true.   heart: what is loveLove can occur between two or more individuals. It bonds them and connects them in a unified link of trust, intimacy and interdependence. It enhances the relationship and comforts the soul. Love should be experienced and not just felt. The depth of love can not be measured. Look at the relationship between a mother and a child. The mother loves the child unconditionally and it can not be measured at all.   A different dimension can be attained between any relationships with the magic of love. Love can be created. You just need to focus on the goodness of the other person. If this can be done easily, then you can also love easily. And remember we all have some positive aspect in us, no matter how bad our deeds maybe. And as God said Love all
Depending on the context, love can be of different varieties. Romantic love is a deep, intense and unending. It shared on a very intimate and interpersonal and sexual relationship.  The term Platonic love, familial love and religious love are also matter of great affection. It is more of desire, preference and feelings. The meaning of love will change with each different relationship and depends more on its concept of depth, versatility, and complexity. But at times the very existence of love is questioned. Some say it is false and meaningless. It says that it never exist, because there has been many instances of hatred and brutality in relationships. The history of our world has witnessed many such events. There has been hatred between brothers, parents and children, sibling rivalry and spouses have failed each other. Friends have betrayed each other; the son has killed his parents for the throne, the count is endless. Even the modern generation is also facing with such dilemmas everyday. But love is not responsible for that. It is us, the people, who have forgotten the meaning of love and have undertaken such gruesome apathy.
In the past the study of philosophy and religion has done many speculations on the phenomenon of love. But love has always ruled, in music, poetry, paintings, sculptor and literature. Psychology has also done lot of dissection to the essence of love, just like what biology, anthropology and neuroscience has also done to it.
Psychology portrays love as a cognitive phenomenon with a social cause. It is said to have three components in the book of psychology: Intimacy, Commitment, and Passion. Also, in an ancient proverb love is defined as a high form of tolerance. And this view has been accepted and advocated by both philosophers and scholars.   Love also includes compatibility. But it is more of journey to the unknown when the concept of compatibility comes into picture. Maybe the person whom we see in front of us, may be least compatible than the person who is miles away. We might talk to each other and portray that we love each other, but practically we do not end up into any relationship. Also in compatibility, the key is to think about the long term successful relationship, not a short journey. We need to understand each other and must always remember that no body is perfect.
Be together, share your joy and sorrow, understand each other, provide space to each other, but always be there for each others need. And surely love will blossom to strengthen your relationship with your matter of affection.

How to Help Poor People During the Holidays ?

How to Help Poor People During the Holidays?
By Prateek Mishra

There are a number of poor people throughout the world and if you are one of the people that is more fortunate, it's natural to want to find ways that you can help poor people, especially during the holidays. You can choose to help people directly through your volunteer efforts or you can contribute to organizations that find help for the poor. Assess your personal situation and available resources to find the best way for you to help those that are less fortunate.

Instructions
1. Research organizations to see how much of your money helps the poor. All organizations need to use some of the financial donations that they receive to cover overhead costs, but the percentage used varies by charity. Be sure that you choose a charity that reflects your interests and uses most of the money to help people.

2. Make a monetary donation. If you have more money than time, it makes sense to make a financial contribution to non-profit organizations that help poor people. You can find organizations that help all kinds of people--from the people in your neighborhood to people in countries around the world

3. Donate goods that poor people need. When you donate goods, such as food to a food bank or toys to the Toys for Tots program, you can be sure that your full contribution goes to help poor people.

4. Volunteer your time. If you still want to make a difference, but simply don't have any money to spare, you can help the poor through volunteering. Find an organization that needs manpower. You could help build a house for a needy family, help make meals in a soup kitchen or work with homeless youth. If you find an organization that fits with your interests, you'll be more likely to stick with it.

5. Train people for a new career. If you have specialized skills, take the time to train people that may be interested in the same career. Basic computer skills, for example, could really help someone out. If you own a business, consider participating in a program that aims to place poor people in good jobs. By hiring people, you are helping them to help themselves.

What is the nature of God in Hinduism? Swami Sivananda

What is the nature of God in Hinduism? Swami Sivananda in his book 'God Exists' describes the essential properties of Brahman - the absolute almighty. Here's a simplified excerpt.

  1. God is Satchidananda: Existence Absolute, Knowledge Absolute and Bliss Absolute.
  2. God is Antaryamin: He is the Inner Ruler of this body and mind. He is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent.
  3. God is Chiranjeevi: He is permanent, eternal, perpetual, indestructible, immutable and imperishable. God is past, present and future. He is unchanging amidst the changing phenomena.
  4. God is Paramatma: He is the Supreme Being. The Bhagavad Gita styles Him as 'Purushottama' or Supreme Purusha or Maheswara.
  5. God is Sarva-vid: He is ever-knowledgeable. He knows everything in detail. He is 'Swasamvedya', that is, he knows by Himself.
  6. God is Chirashakti: He is ever-powerful. Earth, water, fire, air and ether are His five powers. 'Maya' is His illusive Shakti (power).
  7. God is Swayambhu: He is self-existent. He does not depend upon others for His existence. He is 'Swayam Prakasha' or self-luminous. He reveals Himself by His own light.
  8. God is Swatah Siddha: He is self-proven. He does not want any proof, because He is the basis for the act or process of proving. God is 'Paripoorna' or self-contained.
  9. God is Swatantra: He is Independent. He has good desires ('satkama') and pure will ('satsankalpa').
  10. God is Eternal Happiness: Supreme Peace can be had only in God. God-realisation can bestow supreme happiness on humankind.
  11. God is Love: He is an embodiment of eternal bliss, supreme peace and wisdom. He is all-merciful, omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent.
  12. God is Life: He is the 'Prana' (life) in the body and intelligence in 'Antahkarana' (fourfold mind: mind, intellect, ego and the subconscious mind).
  13. God has 3 Aspects: Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva are the three aspects of God. Brahma is the creative aspect; Vishnu is the preservative aspect; and Shiva is the destructive aspect.
  14. God has 5 Activities: 'Srishti' (creation), 'Sthiti' (preservation), 'Samhara' (destruction), 'Tirodhana' or 'Tirobhava' (veiling), and 'Anugraha' (grace) are the five kinds of activities of God.
  15. God has 6 Attributes of Divine Wisdom or 'Gyana': 'Vairagya' (dispassion), 'Aishwarya' (powers), 'Bala' (strength), 'Sri' (wealth) and 'Kirti' (fame).
  16. God Lives in You: He dwells in the chamber of your own heart. He is the silent witness of your mind. This body is His moving temple. The 'sanctum sanctorum' is the chamber of your own heart. If you cannot find Him there, you cannot find Him anywhere else.

Who is God? by Rich Deem

Who is God?
by Rich Deem

Introduction

I Am!

When Moses talked to God at the burning bush, he asked Him His name. God replied merely, "I am that I am," referring to His self-existence, the Being of beings, eternal and unchangeable.
Rich Deem
Many religions describe a being referred to as "God." Some of these religions describe the being God as one of many other gods created by more powerful gods or councils of gods. However, for the purpose of this paper, we are going to use the definition of God contained in the Bible. As such, God is the Spirit hovering over the waters of the primordial Earth—Creator of the universe (matter, energy, space, and time), along with other principalities and beings whose primary existence is outside this universe. However, God did not just create the universe and leave it to its own fate as deists proclaim. God is the personal being who walked and talked with Adam and Eve, the first human beings, in the garden of Eden. God is also Savior of mankind, coming to Earth in the person of Jesus of Nazareth to provide the ultimate example of holiness and the ultimate sacrifice for humanity's evilness, in order to restore our personal relationship with Him.

Who is God?

According to Christianity, God is the self-existent One, having no need of being created, since He has existed forever and is the cause of all things, including the dimension of time, to which He is not subject (see If God Created Everything, Who Created God?). Likewise, God is not subject to the physical creation, but is spiritual in nature, residing in the spiritual dimensions of heaven. God's power over the physical creation is absolute, such that He can manipulate matter, energy, space, and time at will. For this reason, God is said to be all powerful—able to accomplish any possible task He wills to do. Along with being all powerful, God is also all knowing—having knowledge of all things that are possible to be known, including the entire history of the universe—past, present, and future. Because God is all powerful (omnipotent) and all knowing (omniscient), He is also able to be present at all places at all times (omnipresent). God is also all loving—according to the Bible, "God is love" (1 John 4:16). The love of God prompted Him to create human beings in His image, in order to share His love with us. The Christian scriptures say that we can fulfill the entire law of God by loving Him and loving our fellow human beings (Matthew 22:37-40). God is absolutely holy—without any moral or character defect. In fact, the Bible says that God is incapable of doing any evil, despite being all powerful. God is unchangeable. In other words, He does not change any of His attributes or character at any time. Despite humanity's tendency to change its definition of morality, God's moral character does not evolve with the times, but remains constant.

Where is God?

The Bible says that God cannot be contained within the universe (1 Kings 8:27). In addition, the Bible says that God fills both heaven and earth (Jeremiah 23:24), which is a Hebrew idiom to describe the entire universe. So, God is both transcendent and immanent simultaneously. God's normal abode is in heaven, which is not located within the physical universe. According to the Bible heaven seems to operate under different physical laws, with the laws of thermodynamics seeming to be absent. So, the question "Where is God?" is not one that can be answered with the knowledge we posses.

What does God look like?

Since human beings are created in the image of God, most artist's renditions picture God as looking like a human male. Although the Bible uses the personal pronoun "He" to describe God, it never says God looks like a human male. Word pictures describing God usually use words such as "like" or "as" in their descriptions. So, we find that both males and females were created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27), although God is not a hermaphrodite. Likewise, there are descriptions of God that describe Him with wings and feathers (Psalm 91:2-4), although nobody would suggest that God is an overgrown chicken. In fact, the Bible says God is a spirit (John 4:24)—without physical form (i.e., not composed of ordinary matter). Although God's primary nature is spiritual, He is able to take on physical form in order to interact with human beings on Earth. In fact, the Bible says that God took on human form, coming to earth as Jesus of Nazareth. The Bible says that believers who die will go to heaven and "see Him just as He is" (1 John 3:2), because they will be like Him, possessing "spiritual bodies" (1 Corinthians 15:44). So, there is no way to know what God actually looks like in heaven, until we actually get there (see entrance requirements).

What does God want from me?

If God created the entire universe as a place to accommodate human beings, He must have had some sort of plan in mind. The Bible says God wants as many people as possible to choose to love Him and spend eternity with Him. Since God's standard for behavior is perfection in thought and deed, we are going to find it very difficult to meet God's standard on our own. However, since God loves us so much, He has provided another means by which we can attain perfection. Jesus, as God, took on the form of a human being and lived on the earth in the first century (Philippians 2:5-8). Besides teaching, His main purpose was to provide the ultimate sacrifice for sins (bad things we do), by living a completely sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), dying on a cross (Colossians 1:19-20), and rising from the dead (Romans 6:9-10). It is through belief in Jesus and His sacrifice for sins that one is declared righteous and free from sin.1 One who believes in Jesus follows Him,2 being indwelt by the Holy Spirit, who guides Christians as they become conformed to the image of Christ (Romans 8:29). So, those who believe in Jesus are declared righteous and will spend eternity with Him in heaven.

Conclusion Top of page

God is the ultimate Being in existence, perfect in power, love, and character. Since God wanted to share His love with others, He created the angels and human beings—spiritual creatures who can related to Him. Because God is love, He wants us to love Him and love other people (Matthew 22:37-40). God came to earth in human form as Jesus of Nazareth to teach us about Himself and to provide the ultimate sacrifice for our sins, so that those who believe can have fellowship with Him. The Bible encourages all people to turn from their selfishness to become lovers of God, to fulfill God's perfect law of love.

Do you know about love?

love is not about keeping one for yourself. it’s about sacrification. it’s okay to feel a lil’ bit sad when you lost someone special, but you’ll find someone way better. trust me.....

Never be assured that love is enough to make someone stay or come back to you. Because when pain strikes the heart, love fades no matter how great it was.

God Is One

GOD's Words...
You have called Me by many names:
Shiva, Jehovah, Allah, God...
You have Built temples and Churches to Me.
You have searched for ME on pilgrimages and in nature.
you have worshipped Me in many forms
Yet you do not know Me.

You not see Me with your physical eyes.
My form is of divine light, like shining star.
I reside in a timeless dimension beyond this material world.
You too once resides with Me in that Supreme Abode of peace.

Your form is also like Mine - a subtle, eternal, divine point of light .
You came onto this worldly stage to play a part through the body
And have become lost in playing your part-
Forgetting yourself, Me and your sweet, eternal Home of golden silence
.
When this drama of life come to close
I incarnate to free you from the chains of attachment and ignorance
And to take you back with Me to the Supreme Abode.
My incarnation is divine, unique and incognito.

I am ever pure, ever blissful, ever loving, ever free.
You are originally like Me and you belong to Me always.
When you recognize Me accurately and focus your thoughts on Me,
You come back to Me.

I am your long forgotten Supreme Parent.
My relationship with you is eternal.
Remember who you are. Remember your Home. Remember Me.

How to format PC using a USB Drive

Need to format PC but have some problem with damaged CD ROM drive? Well the solution is very easy. All you require is a USB Flash drive and a computer with a working CD ROM drive. There are some tools you will require. This tutorial will help you to install XP in them as well.
There are various steps to the above procedure and you must follow each step.
Before we begin download and unzip the following file:
BootSect and USBPrep8 :

Ready, GO! :
  • When downloaded is finish, there is two folders with the name of BOOTSECT and the other USB_Prep8 in it.
  • Go to the Usb_prep8 folder and open the file USB_Prep8.cmd file. This will bring up a command prompt window.
  • The window will ask you to press any key and when you do so a new USB_Prep8 window will open. Remember do not close the command prompt window now.
  • Now set the path of your USB drive in the USB_Prep8 window and begin formatting your pen drive. DO NOT close any of the windows open.
  • Now open a new command prompt window,
  • Now navigate to the bootsect folder in this window.
  • Once you reach the bootsect folder type “bootsect.exe /nt52 g:” where g is the letter attached to your USB flash drive.
  • Once you do this you will see a message that bootcode was updated. Now you can close this command prompt window but not the other one as yet.
  • now go the PeToUSb window and close it. Again do not close close the USB_prep8 command prompt window.
  • After you have closed this window you should see a list of 8 options in the command prompt window.
  • Select the first option and enter the location of your windows installation disc.
  • The second option will ask you to enter a drive letter. Assign random letter to this option as this will be a virtual drive. Do not assign a letter that is already attached to a drive on your computer.
  • Select option 3 and enter the drive letter for your flash drive.
  • Select 4 and follow the instructions as they build up on your computer screen. Rest is easy following.
After the process completes in15-20 minutes you will have a USB drive that will be similar in action to a windows installation disc. Now we begin the procedure for installing XP on your netbook or your computer with the damaged cd rom drive. Remember your computer must be able to boot from the usb drive mode. Once you have set your computer to boot from USB follow the given steps:
  • Insert the USB drive you have prepared just now into any of the USB ports on your computer.
  • Let your computer boot from the USB drive
  • From the two options select option 2 and let start the text based installation.
  • Remember delete all the partitions on your hard drive lest it will result in hal.dll or other issues.
  • Now let the format go on and once setup restarts boot again from the USB drive and now chose the GUI option to boot.
  • Again after the installation completes you may face problems while booting from the hard disk. If you face a problem, boot again from the USB Drive and GUI option. Now when XP boots type msconfig in run and go to boot.ini. Check all boot baths may solve your problem. If it does not get solved, try changing the boot path in your boot.ini file into something like this:‘multi(o)disk(0)rdisk(o)partition(1)\Windows=”Windows XP Pro” /fastdetect’.
